The plumbers has had to chase out some copper pipes that were laid in my concrete floor. Probably 4 inches deep, and 4 foot long. How do I fill them? The area is in a doorway, so will have heavy traffic. I have a 4-1 readymix bag ready to go - do I need to pva the hole first, or just wet the sides of the hole? Ta.

Thanks, can you break down what an SBR slurry mix 3/4 :1 is?

Is it a 4:1 mix of cement/sand with SBR in it? How much SBR? Ta

Hi Al, are the pipes still exposed? If so you need to wrap them up mate, cement based products will attack them and could cause leaks.

Because you are going to cover it with tiles.
