Clothes

What clothes do all you lads/ladets wear when tiling. I have T-shirts with my company name on them and camo trousers, but my mrs is getting the ump about washing them as all the adhesive and grout is clogging up the machine. I bought a boiler suit with my company name on, but 1: its uncomfortable and 2: it's too bloody hot. I suppose i could just wear a skimpy thong underneath?

Ahh, you sound like me. I get messy when I tile to be honest, the aim is to not get any on you though, keep a wet sponge near by at all times to wipe your finger clean. That's stop the Mrs nagging and you'll be able to still wear your T and camo's.

I wear an old timberland t shirt and a pair of light blue asda jeans. Plus my steelies.

And all are trashed with adhesive and grout.

I did think about the uniform thing, but I would be gutted when I got it mucky and trashed and having to spend more than I should do on replacing them. 🙂

I just wear cheap ASDA jeans and t-shirts, bit like Dan though, get myself into a bit of a mess from time to time.

You could drop off your work clothes at a laundry at the weekend and get the whole lot done,its cheap enough plus its their machines getting ruined not yours.Lets be honest nothing will ever keep the misses happy,other than money.HA!:wink_smile:

Same as me, especially when your using Fast Flex, disposable clothing! Primark all the way
