I need to bring up some sections of an outside concrete area to level it off prier to tiling, am I correct in thinking that Ardex K301 Exterior Levelling Compound is my only option. The area is not subject to rain as such as it has a poly carbonate roof but rain does get blown under it is also enclosed on 3 sides but is subject to normal outside hot and cold weather.

Bal Acrybase
Mapei P4
Both exterior smoothing compounds.
Oh great because I am finding it difficult to get a local supplier for the Ardex I will look into those. Its just that I searched on here first amd came across a post that said Ardex was the only available outside SCL so i did not try searching for anything else.
Aint cheap !!
£35 if I can find a local supplier but I need to do what I need to do I suppose.

Ok brilliant I can get p4 for £23 at my local supplier and from reading the spec it sounds just what I need as I am not levelling a whole area just a couple of 1/2 x 1m sections but need to bring them up 18mm to a feather and then a couple of holes. I will know better once I have ground off a couple of high spots first.
A question though the specs say to use their Primer G (they would do wouldn't they ) but I already have some Tilemaster Primplus - am I ok to use that instead.

Primer - don’t mix manufacturers because when it fails it’ll be no good claiming off either!

Ahhh I have enough tilemaster primer and grout and almost enough adhesive to do the job but tilemaster don't do an outside SLC. I have ground the high spots off the concrete and am ready for the SLC but I don't know what to do now.

TM will often recommend a product to compliment their own, maybe they can suggest an slc that they’re happy to put alongside their own products.
I’ve had method statements from them in the past recommending another manufacturer’s product. As long as they do the spec, you won’t have anything to worry about apart from actually following their instructions.

Just checked with tilemaster and they say their Flexilevel is ok for my use the info on their says Under certain conditions, Tilemaster FlexiLevel is suitable for use externally. For further information please contact the Tilemaster Technical team
So I rang them and so long as it is only subject to wet temporally and is not the wearing surface then its ok for my use.
Everything else I need for the job prime addy grout I already have in tilemaser

I'm sure tilemaster say level flex or the other one can be used externally
