Advice how to cut out a square hole.

Could anyone give some advice on how to cut out this flush plate that falls in the middle of the tile?

A grinder and i'd drill the corners first

Drilling the corners is not something I do - just straight through with the grinder then hit it with my pin hammer - have I mentioned my pin hammer before?

I wouldn't drill the corners either if it's a standard thickness porcelain or ceramic in that situation but I'd leave a little meat in the corners. Grinder from the front as far as you can then the last bit from the back
