Hi my name is Richard and I just joined the forum.

I was wanting to find out how to pay for advertising on this site so will be looking through to see if there is any way we can promote our company other than targeted google ads.

My company 365drills produces a product that fills a gap in the market to drill holes in hard materials but without the need to buy expenisve commercial diamond drilling rigs

We are going to launch the brand as porsadrill

I was going to launch it later this year at the Tile & Stone show in July

Anyway this is just my quick post and hello.

Thanks for your welcome. We gave a lot of kits away last year for testing and the results that came back were fantastic but I was quite poor at the end of it.

The testing is now over and so instead of giving the kits away for free I am ploughing the money I make back into advertising and media. Its costing me a fortune in marketing.

But dont feel too sorry for me because I am planning to build the buisness for 3 years and not take a profit. My objective is to give ARMEG and RUBI a run for their money and take a bit of their market...

You should buy and try a set of the BFKMX. Its £49.99 and at that price I am almost giving them away for free.... Well almost....

You can buy them cheaper still if you apply for the trade account on his website, (like i did)........... Any chance of lifting the minimum spend limits Richard, Oh, and why do trade accounts have the minimum spend limit.

yes of course if you spend more we lower the price. Our trade area is for shops and traders who buy in bulk so they get a better price.

Min spend is £250 but designed with tile shops in mind. Most are spending £500 a time on stock.

If you spend over £49 on our credit card site 365drills.net, The Art of E-commerce then your delivery is free!

so thats a saving of a fiver straight away...

I tell you what though you lot are not shy to ask for a deal.... Currently we are in negotiations with some of the big high street distributors and I thought they were sharp on doing deals!

Paul. I am working hard to bringing the kits to retail.

So far its in some good tile shops and local distributors. I am also talking to a few Nationals and hoping to be able to reveal some good news by the end of 2007

Going slower than I thought with the Nationals. The internal politics...

We have been tinkering with ad formats and were thinking of running this in tile shop magazines later in the year.




But I think he looks more like a plumber than a tiler.
