Sealed unit, nowt to do with me Guv’nor ;)

..........and I did go out to isolate the unit and remove within 12 hours of getting the phone call. All FOC. Can’t argue with that. It’s an £80 call out fee normally.

It tells you on the top what not to do.
Glad I just stick tiles down then I can only blame myself;)

Nobody rotated anything. Push fit fittings were used as per the Manufacturers instructions.

The job was done 5 months ago.

Yes £80 call out. I’m an advanced crafts qualified Plumber :)

Just to add, I mentioned that I didn’t charge £80.

A manufacturing defect on something I didn’t supply that was installed 5 months ago and I didn’t charge to go out. If you want to dissect that then good luck
