Zafira B&Q porcelain tiles 600 X 300 - Tile Advice

Feel free to call me stupid, as my wife has on numerous occasions.

Basically I purchsed some of the above tiles for my bathroom, after completing about 3/4 of the work I realised I hadn't purchased enough.

I need one box of beige tiles and one box of brown tiles, I've tried B&Q but I might as well have talked to the tiles themselves as they simply said 'computer says no'.

Can anyone suggest where to find some from??

They are probably exclusive to B and Q so It will be numerous store visits I think.

try using there online store locator,it will tell you the exact store to get them from

I had a look at B&Q's website today, looking for a telephone number to get in touch with their Customer Services, and despite the website saying that there are telephone numbers you can ring, there is no central customer services call centre that you can get through to.

So other than checking the store locator, and finding the products you want online, so you can check to see which of the nearest stores have stock of what you want, you can't actually speak to somebody sensible about what you're looking for.

Whatever happened to proper customer service? :ninja:

Thanks for the advice, after numerous telephone calls and computer checks from B&Q they did manage to locate some. Although when I got to the store they couldn't 'find them' After traping around a few different stores, one bloke with his head screwed on, managed to get hold of some.

That's excellent news. Thanks for letting us know you got sorted out. I had a similar experience with B&Q when looking for a shower cubicle door. Computer said they had stock in a specific store but when I turned up at that store, nobody could find the item. It took a very head-screwed-on manager to find the door, stacked in a pile of other shower doors :ninja:

Perhaps if the assistants opened their eyes and learned where the stock was situated... I used to when I worked for a diy chain, many years ago.
