Wooden floor

I started marking out today, in an attic. Floor boards and the plumber has already put an Imply tray in, plus the sticky membrane. I was going to put in ditramat mat, but as the plumber has now done this, do I need the ditramat mat?

Porcelain 300 x300 with the fall cuts.

It's been tanked with the black stuff all on the tray so no reason to put decoupling...
