you can't I didn't. I rang the bloke up furious. He said I was cutting it wrong...I explained it was full tiles and it was the quality of the tiles. He lit up, as did I, I got nowhere. Won't be using him again.

with the quality of the tiles from the sheds and certain other retailers... it looks like we all just ' lob them up ' even with care and precision !!

Yeah they are getting worse, always bloody fish tailing off at the end.........It's almost enough to warrant charging more per M2 for the skill of making Poo smell nice.
