34 metres of polished porcs. Rip up 30x30s. Slc. Fixing. Stripping if needed, sealing. More than likely having to remove 3-4 appliances and table chairs bookcase.

Depends a little bit on how much cutting would be involved but, I'd guess at somewhere between £1000-1200.

10 architraves 4 externals on the units. Utility room with around the same 4 externals. Door to remove also. Woman's in a million pound house in repton park, Gareth bales her neighbour.
Including materials and skip carpet protection I went in at £2500. Skips costing £250 down here.

Hahahaha !!!! I went in a little higher because when I first went there she moaned for 3/4 of an hour about how much money she hasn't got. The second time I went there as I lost two measurements she was all over new kitchen, bespoke glass splash backs, a range cooker etc, choosing IMO horrid tiles from al murad :yuk

There's no accounting for some peoples taste.

Once i complete the kitchen install im on i have a granny annex shower room to do. To be tiled in Angeliks from Topps. Tiles from the 1960's!

Well I text her today and she said that sge has had several quotes in at £950 including mats. I told her to keep my number if she wanted advice as half of that would cover materials.
