what are topps tiles up too???

The last 3 times, i'v had customers found the tiles they liked in topps tiles, i told them to get a price, and i'll get you a discount. How wrong was I, the prices given to me were actually higher than what my customers were given. Really gives you motivation to use topps tiles, NOT.

are you registered as a trader with them? i had my price for backer board substaintially increased the other day and when i complained i was told i have to buy 50 sheets at a time to get my old price

Glad it is not just me then. I thought they were having a real laugh the other day when I went in to enquire about price for some porcs. I certainly shan't be using them in a hurry.

they do have at least two prices for starters, under 4 sq mts and more than 4 sq mts, but trade price is usally (a bit) cheaper than that. Topps do operate a trade price system on the more you use them the better trade you get!

Topps pricing policy has always been difficult to understand, though it seems that if they can shaft you they will.

I just stopped using them after the debacle with them charging me retail prices once, saying they'd refund me the difference, then going back on that, then GIVING me more than the difference in value of goods (trade prices) to keep the peace.

I mean FFS why don' they just play fair like CTD?

My last customer got a good deal with them when she priced it on the price ont he wall. This was already including the discount on 4 or more metres, she complained when she placed the order and they gave her the discount off that price so she got double. Shame the tiles were absolute carp

hav'nt used Topps since last June and especially as there is a Tile Giant 50 yards away.
