Big dollop on the serated edge of the trowel, long lines vertical then horizontal, clean face of trowel back into bucket with bucket trowel and repeat until finished, then margin trowel to clean up edges. Works for me but i am very tempted to try throwing big blobs on the wall then trowelling

I've got a specially tooled ice cream scoop like set of dabbers, i can do one dab every 1.75 seconds they are by far the best tools I own......

So thats how you achieve the perfectly round blobs!!... nice one! Do you charge more for a 5 scoop than a 4 scoop tile?

I have never come across a 5 scoop tile as yet, that would just be a waste of addy, 4 is plenty for anything......
