topps tiles metalic 600mm 400mm

hi just tiled a bathroom using these tiles and found them very difficult to cut , every tile chipped at the ends when cutting, even went and bought a new cutter £300 quids worth:mad2: as i doubted my cutter, but as i returned with a new one it still chipped them:mad2::mad2:
just wondered if anyone else has used them and there views on them

I have had to cut alot of tiles generally porcelain with wet cutter because tx wont cut thats why i bought a dewalt 2400 wish they did not make tiles soooooo hard to cut gone are the days of a handscriber:mad2:

It's probably the cutting blade that would make a diiference.

I was doing 30sm the other week of the above tiles and. Had the same problem worked fine after changing the cutting wheel 2 times but the cost of the blades makes a difference imo

the toilet i was doin was only 16sm with window reveal and all chrome trims used, and took 3 full shifts has to be one of the worst tiles ive worked with grrrrr, lookedc crakin wen finished though!!

Must admit hey look v good when finished and cleaned off . However unlike my job I did with Chrome trim the customer decided she didn't like the Chrome so all had to come off and replaced with plastic trim ?
And even argued that she wouldn't pay for the trim that had been wasted .

Hi it took 5 days to lay and change the trim and 5 days to recover as felt like I just did 10 rounds with mike tyson lol
