Tiling around a kitchen multi switch box - Tile Advice

I'm new to forum and looking for advice on how to tile around a 6 switch kitchen isolation unit on a new build. It's simple subway splashback tiling and having removed plate, how do I ensure the switches do not end up resessed when I take the plate out 10mm or so with the new tiling. Appreciate any help with this, cheers

Thanks for your response, appreciated. So it a case of slackening off the two box screws and then tiling behind that before putting back together and reducing plate. Thanks. Don't suppose you know of any YouTube type videos to see one done to help with confidence, cheers chris

simply ajust the screws as nessesary
