Tanking peeling off

Anyone had this problem?
I've had it where freshly plastered walls, I've scuffed and primed them left it a day, then tanked, left it a day went to tile and the tanking was peeling off in areas, it was Palace tanking

Sorry just re-read your post, you did prime the walls, I have never used Palace tanking. Maybe someone else will have.

you have not mentioned whether walls were dry before you primed and tanked.
i assume they were .
i have experienced that even though walls primed and plaster dry in cold weather the tanking does not always dry overnight..
need some warmth .
was there undercoat paint on the wall as this can make big difference

Yes primed the walls 1st with the primer in the kit, Im a real bore when it comes to following the instructions, never stray away from them, plastered on the 3rd of jan so 4 weeks ago, granted it is cold in the room tanking holding firm in most places just the odd area it's not,
Gona throw a heater in there see if maybe it's not fully cured with the weather being damp and cold

No moisture tester, however this morning upon inspection after I put some Kingspan against the window and a heater in there, I have a solid bond, must have just took a day longer to dry out fully, the bits peeling off we're more plyable then when normally fully set,
Drama over cheers lads

Update
Still peeling off in places, it seems as though the primer is peeling away from the plaster, I can see the primer on an area to the side of where the rubber paint is and as I've pulled off the rubber the primer has peel off as well, any ideas? The plastering was done on the 3rd of jan, got to have dried out in that time,
