Hello,
I just wanted to introduce myself as a new member of the forum. I've recently came out of training and have been reading the forum to help get me up to scratch on my product knowledge. Will be spending the next couple of months working hard to cover everything I can to plug any knowledge gaps (while tiling my own home for more experience) before I do any work for customers.
I'm sure I'll will no doubt need some help along the way!
