it is John......but a bit of Silicon and its the best its ever going to get!.......they built the stud @200mm and clad with 18mm ply.....218mm......DOH!......hehehheheee...all the best pal!

the more I look at those photos...the more the slither bothers me.......sad ain't it.............so easily avoided.....but makes such a difference in the finished result!....Gutted!

Problem is this Lee. The client only sees the finished product and not what goes on behind the prep work and something like this could have been easily avoided. Unfortunately it's what will be noticed and when you work so hard to set out to avoid things like this it can be soul destroying. The saving grace is that you have made some idiot who needs a new tape measure look good now.
