My weekend job!!

I have a very wealth customer who over the years i have done lots of work on her estate, she has just bought some more land and has asked me to re-fence it for her. 4,000 metres is the total fence line, first i have to remove the old fencing and replace with new stock fencing. She wants all the fences 3 metres out from the boundary to make the hedges wider for wildlife. Also i had to do a 12 metre strip of wild bird seed for the little birds to eat...She is big into conservation. Thought i might share a few pics of the job.

Yes we use a tractor with a knocker for the posts...And its for the the daughter of Hans Rausing, from the tetra pac empire. Just had a look and he is number 11 on the rich list, only worth £4 billion...think my price is going up :yikes:...Ha Ha

Stock netting, but we have to fix it upside down so the big holes in the netting are at the bottom to let the rabbits etc threw..

I have seen that done before..:smilewinkgrin:.. infact i have fitted quite a few mtrs of post and wire a lot of yrs ago.. father in law is a fencer..used to do bits with him.. from post and rail to wire and even security fencing like palisade.
