I go to sandwich shop 99% of the time, I only take pack up if I'm working out in the peaks where there isn't any shops or working somewhere where there isn't a decent shop, I could write a blog about all the sandwich shops within a 30 miles radius!

Italy

Here, they eat like you, only the southerners Southern Italy. garlic, chilli, all heavy stuff, because they take longer to eat than the time to work. ;)

Italy

It's the same here - southerners eat too much poor quality food.
john excuse if I would, but I wanted to make things clearer.
here is the opposite of uk, north Italy is more frantic, many people do not eat at noon, or eat rubbish at mcdonald or similar.
while in the south Italy, much better they eat (only more spicy) and when they sit down to eat, do not get up more, from the table.
compry now?

Tile Shop

The food is about the only good thing about sicily. I think it was illegal to not have squid at some point during a meal. My ex's dad had an apartment in Capo d'Orlando. Some of the best restaurants i've been too...... but the state of the place was a train wreck!
Capo d'Orlando was a dump
Palermo was a dump
Lecarra Friddi was a black hole to nowhere
Trapani was a dump
Cefalu and Messina were both ok though.
