I'm looking to update my tile cutter and been offered a sigma 3C2M for £250. He used once to do his bathroom and no longer needs it

Is this a good value or is there anything on the market around the same price range?

Expert advice will be greatly appreciated

They seam to be about £270 new, so pricey for a used one.
If you have your heart set on one buy new and get guarantee or knock him down to nearer the £200 mark
