If I was the boss of that bathroom company and came back to inspect when he had finished I would probably grab him by the shoulders and shake him while screaming OMG what have you done..what have you DONE! 😡

If I was the boss of that bathroom company, I would probably sub out to as many unchecked useless tilers and plumbers as I could, whilst raking in as much profit from trusting customers as I could.
Then I would not pay any of my bills or subcontractors for as long as I could draw things out for.
Then I would finally just go bust, letting everyone else take the hit, while nobody could touch me because all of my assets are in my wife's name.
Then I'd simply set up again using aliases and other family members to provide cover, so I could do it all over again....

Like we've all seen Oh so many times. 🙁

I used to do a lot of work with a kitchen and bathroom company and once the gear was sold they never went to site again .

unfortunately it will need re-doing from scratch. You are right to be annoyed. As a rule tradesman are usually reluctant to criticise other tradesman's work, so the fact so many have, points to the fact this is a poor job.
He obviously thought;
"Grouting hides a multitude of sins" not in this case.
Send the photos to the company that employed the tiler.
