Any recommendations on hole cutter for cutting out toilet waste?

Used a grinder for years, fancy trying a designated hole cutter

A cordless on low speed is what I use, a corded would be fine if the speed is controllable.

That's a big hole to cut I usually nip it out

There are some really good covers avalable for soil and waste pipes from toolstation.
Only about £1 each. 15mm-110mm

Same here, always use the chrome 15mm ones,
but only recently found out the do them for soil pipe.

How to use sizes 110mm, 115mm, 120mm, 125mm


1) As a template use Plasterboard.




2) The hole forms really easily

3) Stand on it - on top of the tile - and drill. USE WATER

4) Remove temporary guide. Drill into the socket formed

5) Take your time hole finished in less than 3 mins

Always used a 100/105mm hole bit on guide with water cooled bottle
