Hi been a lurker for a while. I buy property and renovate to sell or rent. I do most of this work myself and often requires major works (takes me long time). Places always need new multiple bathrooms etc and so associated tiling. Just wanted to say thanks as over the years you have been an invaluable reasource. So thanks and keep up the great forum
