Grout Or Silicon Up To Tile Trim?

A quick question please.....Do I use Silicon or grout on the joints between tile and aluminium L shaped trim around my window reveals and external corners. I imagine the joint wont move when grouted both sides but would like to know best practice. I've seen both Silicon and grout used......Thanks in advance 🙂

Would I use grout up to the new PVC windows too as They shouldn't move. A lot of questions, thanks for your advice 🙂
