What is the thinnest grout line on a large porcelain floor tile you can get away with without running into problems?

I've done 2mm on floors before but as mention above BS minimum is 3mm. It depends on the quality of the tile, some can be 2-3mm different from others in the same batch!

2mm on a high quality rectified tile, but in my opinion anything 750x750 and above looks better with 3mm.

I do 2mm regularly on floors with rectified porcelain and never had a problem but I'm just a sprout compared to some of these oldies :tshirt:
