Entry to Employment (e2e) is a programme to help you gain the skills you need to get a job, get into further education, or onto an apprenticeship.
You can get onto e2e if you’re aged 16-18 and not in any form of education. You might also be able to access e2e if you're under the Extended Guarantee and aren’t eligible for New Deal.
