Ages since my last post, and my bathroom hasn't really progressed any further. Tried to find my old post but cant so I'm starting this from new.
I'll be posting some pics soon in case my description is hard to follow.
  1. I've tiled half of my bathroom + got a really good finish with the help of guys from this forum.
  2. I've got round to where the toilet is and the toilet is kinda boxed in with mdf, I guess they did this to try and hide the waste pipe, I need a new toilet and I don't know wether to just try and tile around teh toilet for now.
  3. The plaster thats on the wall where the toilet is'nt great and doesnt look like a great tiling surface, can I knock of the plaster and Dot and dab till I can afford to replace the toilet, or should I wait until I can afford to get the toilet replaced then do the tiling after.
The other half is giving me some grief since it's taken so long for me to get round to this, but I don't want to start and waste my time, so any help would be much appreciated, pictures coming soon.
OHH yes, need to get round to the kitchen floor too, the tiles are uneven, and the floor is always freezing, is it possible that they tiled directly on to the concrete, I have no idea where to start full stop.
I'm sorted for tiles and the new bathroom suite, as I now work in a bathroom showroom:
course they've got hookups with bathroom fitters, but my budget just about stretches to the sink Toilet and towel heater the misses wants so get a professional is out of the question.
Any advice would be very helpful.
As I said more Pics coming soon.

Cant you get the toilet first? you can get them really cheap.. i was shocked how cheap they are.

will be much easier tiling then fitting loo over tiles than cutting around!
