Depth of adhesive needed for marble floor

Hello all, :wave2:
Please can some kind soul tell me what depth of adhesive do I need for a marble tiled floor.
Tiles are 30 x 30 and 10 mm thick.
What sized trowel will I need, and can you recommend a good adhesive/ grout for a utility and shower room.

Use a nice Mapei adhesive, kera-flex maxi is a good one..

As Deano, funny I start a marble floor 2moz. Will pobably use 12mm trowel
