Well I tried a sample area with a H2O mop. There is definitely a difference but the small area in the photo took about 5 mins of steaming.

Hello all,

Just wanted update the thread and give the thumbs up to LTP Grimex. Thanks for the recommendations :hurray:

I've attached a sample photo of an area we tried with a 1:10 part mixture. Just used a large sponge to apply and then rinsed off with hot water. Some difference :thumbsup:

Hi, This is exactly what has happened to the tiles outside my property. This being a five level new build apartment block with a covered walkway. The property is next to a car park but through either lack of cleaning or inefficient cleaning we ended up exactly as your pic shows. I also witnessed each week the floors becoming dirtier after a clean? This I believe was due to an old substandard machine in use at the time leaving the dirty water from the floors above to dry on my second floor. This defacement stopped soon after I complained to our management agents and a new floor scrubber drier was then being used. At the same time during early summer of 2011 new tiles were laid mid way along this walkway and myself and other residents queried they were the same tile? I then cleaned a 27 tile area with detergent and the colour was the same as the new. After numerous complaints a deep clean was done. The first deep clean was done at quite an expense was disastrous being left with black stains everywhere. We had a second deep clean which was little better. Half of my walkway is acceptable but the other is very patchy and stained. Please can you advise or put me in touch with anyone who can help. Kind Regards Pat

Looks good but who can I get in Norwich or Norfolk to do the clean I need. The area is to large for my elbow grease. Thanks Please help Expense no problem
