Is that the ones that come in the green box?

There are a few different makes out there that use different size staples. The name escapes me just now as I've had several gentlemen jacks but will post tomorrow which one I use..........

if the clip wraps over the cable the heat cant escape easy so it makes a hot spot the rest of the cable say is heating at say 15 but were the clip is it would double quite easily i think

no rocket scientist here just a dumb tiler

Wow, imagine an insulated decoupler with that system integrated into the design. Should i copyright that idea???

There is a brand of ufh called"stretchy mat" or" Fleximat" they have designed cable clips for use with their system these can only be used if you are using cementitious foam based insulation boards so there are cable clips available for this problem

Just bumping some threads in the underfloor heating forum. You can now find and search for both electric underfloor heating and water underfloor heating threads. By the way, if you feel some of the threads you want to be seen at the top of the forum need to be bumped back, for the next month or so from now, feel free to do that. Although it's not usually something we allow, whilst we're going through this process of changing over forum software, we see the need for this to happen.
