Broken tiles, grout broken, no adhesive stuck to tiles? Floor problem ?

Quite a bit of movement going on there, wouldn’t be surprised to find a plumbing/heating leak going on as well.
As others have said a complete rip out and re-do.
 
If the floor has dropped below marble worktop areas, there’s a possibility that the slab wasn’t prepared correctly before celotex was laid.
Sometimes if there’s a high point in the slab the weight of the marble counter tops can cause the celotex to break its back, then floor drops as the celotex snaps.
Would definitely say tiles weren’t back buttered first, you wouldn’t see imprint of tile backing if done correctly.
Or heating could have been turned on too soon and up too fast, or tiles could have been contaminated and weren’t cleaned before install.
