I used Micromax 2 for the first time a few weeks ago and all was fine, the next day it was rock solid and has continued to be in the shower where it was applied.
One week ago I used a different batch of Micromax 2 in a different shower and it doesn't seem to fully cure. As soon as water is applied the surface dissolves and a powdery solution rubs off as if still wet. I mixed it just the same as before, 4/5 parts to 1 water so it wasn't a weak mix. The only difference was that the latest grout was white and the other was Pebble color, as if that should matter. The shower hasn't been used atall since last week, I found this out by cleaning it today.
Why wouldn't the grout be curing properly?
