8mm Horseshoe Packers

I have trawled the internet today and rung round my suppliers, I need some 8mm horseshoe packers, and have been informed by the lads no they cant stick a 5 and a 3 together. Has anyone seen any for sale, I only need a couple of hundred, and the one supplier wanted me to place a large order...what a waste of money that would be.

Upvc window companies seem to use loads of these, you could try them?

how about making them. get some 8mm laminate floor(or another 8mm thick stock, maybe a sheet of policarbonate or corian etc) cut it into narrow strips

Try Screw-Fix or Toolstation, i think they do packs in that size & a lot of others also.
