Half height tile job

Hi, had some freat advice on here before, hoping i can get a little more !
Huge gaps between tile trim and wall as the tiling is square but wall isnt. Wall is silk paint. Should i fill with decorators caulk or Silicon, and should the finish be curved up to the wall or flush with trim?

This was my first attemp at tiling... but I did know this issue was coming, just couldnt see a way round it!

Same problem here, but I am to blame as the false wall i made was slightly out. Should I Silicon this 6mm gap behind toilet?

Clear Silicon will look neater. Bit wide for white.

Just the toilet, easy fill or decorators caulk the trim gap and paint the same as the wall.

Imo it looks better as it doesn’t stand out as much as a wide white joint. It’s personal preference mate.

Ok then, looks like im off to buy some clear Silicon cheers
