Well we’re supposed to be able to Nei, but there’s not actually a vote button appearing, so that’s why it keeps saying there’s a draw and reopening the vote. I’ve raised the appropriate report, still waiting for a response. Not something I have access to unfortunately.
I’ll txt him later, see if that works.

No it’s not asking to vote again, but I couldn’t find the button to cast a vote, just wasn’t sure if it was the same for those that hadn’t already voted.

was supposed to finish couple days ago, but hasn’t, for the reasons above.
so if it does get sorted, you’ll have to keep eye out cos voting seems to finish at about 8 on the given day.
