Travertine Bathroom

Hi All
Your thoughts ££££££££ on this first floor bathroom refurb...

Remove 50m2 of existing wall tiles.
Tile 50m2 walls with 600 x 400 travertine(with 2 windows)
Overboard 13m2 floor with 10mm Marmox,SLC over electric UFH matting and tile the floor with 600 x 400 travertine


To include labour,adh,grout,sealer,Marmox,washers,SLC,
I have already put a price in and had some feedback from the customer.But would like to hear a few other opinions!

Only worked it out roughly, but, wouldn't be less than 3k

about £2.200 for the tiling inc addy and grout, plus the slc and marmox and labour to remove the tiles so same as bri about 3k mark..

No, I am not supplying the UFH or the tray,just tiling over it,whatever kind it turns out to be!

shower tray with envelop cuts, should be day work, not per sq.m

No doubt there is a cost in somewhere to prepare the walls to receive the weight of the travertine!

Don't know what if any, the other quotes are. But if you were doing it for a CEO of a FTSE 100 Company you wouldn't be cutting corners would you!

Yes ,a provisional sum,providing that the walls are OK.
