Get Pictures of the whole area, but it looks like no back buttering and most have had dabs but under to level them.
Was the floor levelled 1st, what is the substrate ? Is the blue stuff prime grip ?

The clips they have used might not be helping.

Clips ? Have they used them , but if they did, using clips won’t fail a floor,

Looks like Vitrex lash clips, in my experience of them they tend to lift the tile off the adhesive if not pushing down as you wedge them.
Useless things really.

Most Tilers should be trying to achieve a 100% solid bed of adhesive. Back buttering the tile itself is also essential. Whilst the clips used aren’t particulariy great, I doubt very much that a different type of clip would’ve saved a very poor tiling job.

One Day

It is a complete utter bodge job. The silicone repair is just beyond belief!
This highlights the danger that comes with clips/lash systems, in that a decent "looking" job can be achieved quite easily.
But like beauty - tiling is much more than just skin deep.
I doubt they are capable of fixing their own mess.

They are not having the option to correct it for the third time.. I am having a qualified tiler come to do it and not my insurance bodge job merchants

Time's Ran Out

How long after the flood did they tile it - ie was the floor dry?
What type of flood - river/washer?
