Hi, been using the forum for just a few days now and wish I had discovered you all ages ago! Keep up the good work!
I have a floor to tile and the customer has done his own first fix for shower, sink, WC. Empty room, simple job and a seemingly good price.
The shower tray is on a wooden plinth and he says he is happy for me to just tile up to it. Not done this before and it would be easy to do so, BUT, I wonder what normally happens here? ie, what is usually done to hide the plinth? I know this is his problem but I just want to do a good job and help him out if I can. He wants access to the area under the shower but I get the impression he's not sure yet what he's going to put on the plinth.
Any advice?
