Tiling floor by uneven wall

My first tiling job, so I knew mistakes woupd happen but didin't think I would ruin so much. Whole kitchen is uneven. Walls, floors, everything. I did what I could on wall but I guess there were still small dips/humps on wall and I didn't notice while tiling wall that they were so severe.

See pic, floors are old, very unven wood, in store I was suggested to install floor plaster board, and fix it in place with some tile adhesive and screws. Now I'm aware there is a lot of contreverst about PB on floors, but only here to findthe best way to fix my current problem.

Now, what can I do about the dips between wall and PB? I wanted to use edge trim as well but since it's all uneven that won't work...

Largest gap is almost 2cm from wall to PB
Floor tiles are ceramic, 40x40cm.
Wall tiles were 20x20

You don't put plasterboard on a floor...cenent boards glued and screwed, you can just cut your floor tiles to match the wall profile, this will hide the gap

What is "floor plasterboard"?
I might be lost in translation...I was told in store it is a cement based panel, that is made to be used on floors. I did ask if they arent used un walls instead of floors, but he said that this is much stronger
