eh up!not been on for a while hope youve had a good one.need to ask a question, hpe it dont sound too daft to you experience folk!basically got to tile a bathroom(walls only) its been gutted and ive been asked if its best for me to tile before all plumded in? now my chain of thought was that i could tile for the splash back for sink making sure im central, and correct hight etc?same for the toilet? Now..not sure about the bath is this better for this to go in first and work off that giving extra seal for water resistance? be greatful for advice!!:dizzy2:

cheers

Are you tiling the complete bathroom, all the walls. You mention a splash back above the sink

bath/shower basin in first before tiling, all others ie toilet and wash basin go in after, obviously pipe work and wastes need to be first fixed prior to tiliing

personal choice with basin/wc

i always prefer to conceal pipework where i can, always trial fit items, set pipework to suit then remove and tile

Yep! same as doug...bath in first, get plumber to first fix the rest, lot easier and neater....

Personally i think this is a no brainer...TILE FIRST whilst sanitry ware is out.but after you have bath fitted. Also if there is a shower tray seperate from bath area ,then get this fixed also prior to tiling.
