Just thought i'd let people on here (especialy newbys like me) know that going round local kitchen/bathroom companys does work. I went round to a few places about a month ago when work was slow, i had a guy from a kitchen company phone me on monday asking to look at some of my previous work cos he's not to impressed with his current tilers work. Showed him some work earlier today and he was well impressed and has told me the next tiling work he gets will be coming my way, he even said he'll try and get back the work he's already allocated to his current tiler but no promise. He also said things are really picking up for his company, maybe a sign of the recession getting better. well chuffed!!!:hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray::hurray:

Things do seem to be picking up, i'm marred out with work now, just hope it not the xmas rush. One of the kitchen shops i do work for has gone bust, and the other wants to charge me 10% of what i charge the customer.
