been in for a year mate. well, 11 months. 4 November is my year. granted ive slipped a couple times with the drink but ive been free of 10 a day for 90% of it !

Stopped on Friday night, so far so good! I've stopped for 18 months before now and started again so I know it isn't going to be easy!

Well I had 1 cig earlier and felt naughty for it. Not had one since and am dying for one! Keeping myself busy and thrashing an e-cig. Orange tic tac flavour.

Gave up in March......just had a relapse.

Wife Sussed me out as well..........not speaking to me now.

Need relapse on match days then really. Or the day before rather. ha

must be nearly a year I told you about my ecig. since then I have got a new one. and iclear16 something or other. variable voltage. loadsa smoke. massive hit, change it up when drinking.

I can source for anyone interested. I reckon I have saved enough to buy a sigma 9p...
