Honest question: Why would a great tradesman need to advertise via Youtube anyway?
If he's so great work will be looking for him surely?

An old tiler told me when I started out - if you always do your best work no matter the stress or cost to yourself, then after five years or so you'll never have to advertise for work. So far he's been bang-on.
