Should I change this / correct fall in bathroom floor with waste pipe in screed

I bought an old house and wanting to install wetroom tray in one half of downstair bathroom. On other side of bathroom is the 4 inch waste pipe falling out towards the wall where wetroom is going. Screed and insulation isn't in yet and alought I have the correct fall, where toilet sits, there's only nearly an inch screed tgen filling out more where it falls off towards the exterior wall.

Will this be acceptable! I'll also be installing 6mm nomore ply and dealing all bathroom floor.

My main concern is the tiles might crack if screed isn't strong enough.

You need a minimum of 55mm of screed.

I know screed should be that thickness but is it not acceptable for pipe to run through it.
