Hi

Brought some Granfix Maxigrout Xtra 3kg Grout as they do it in a beige colour that suits my floor tiles. They state Flexible polymer modified, will this be suitable as a flexible grout for my floor tiles with Ufh and a 3mm gap?

Yes it's nice stuff to use also. It firms up fast so keep an eye on it
