Quartz Floor Tiles with Underfloor Heating or Kickerboard Heaters

I Want black quarz tiles and have found they are not suitable for use with under floor heating. Would the same issues occur with under cupboard heaters. I am not having kick boards so would need some sort of suspended heaters, any suggestions?

The resin in the tiles expands and contracts when it heats up and cools down and this thermal movement may cause issues further down the line. This will be the case with any form of heating close to the floor if the heating manages to heat up that resin. So I wouldn't like to say any type of heating would or would not be safe, to be honest.

You'd assume it'd be fine because there's no specific advice from manufacturers when it comes to radiators etc - but is it really worth the risk?
