Evening to you all.

Have any of you heard of or used Primaliner from Pilkingtons? It is a 6mm thick backer board that they say can be used on both walls and floor. The printed blurb they gave me is floors only but their website shows the same on walls...and the guy in the shop said the same...so no need for 12mm board.

It comes in a sheet measuring 1800x900 (1.62sq m) and I was given a trade price of £9.35 per sheet...so it is a lot cheaper than backerboard. It is primed already - hence the name I guess!

Have you used it? What's it like?
