What's this sand and cement all about??? What's wrong with good old fashioned tile adhesive lol

Decent price £4000 @£20m2,good price £5000@25, competitive price £3000 , but that's around here. I take it its nice straight walls/floors,not 200m2 of little bathrooms?

No its a swimming pool with Vanishing edge , i went in at 21m2 as well as a price for the sand/cement work , but not sure they are a serious punt the lad that rung me sounded young and insincere the way he spoke to me ! still at least we are around -it :thumbsup:
