Porcelain tile - big scratch repair advice?

Can anyone advise on this please?

I have off-white matt porcelain floor tiles and one has a long scratch in it.

What is the best way to fill/remove/repair it so that its (as close as I can get) invisible? If any products could be recommended that would be appreciated.

Lastly is has clearly been tried in the past as around the scratch the matt finish has gone and it is now shiny......is there anything I can use to restore the matt finish?

Any help appreciated.

I’d suggest contacting magicman, they have an app you can download and get a quote via this.
They’re specialists in this field.
Don’t raise your hopes too much tho, especially if it’s a plain tile.
Please do come back and show us the results, it’ll be fascinating to see.
Good luck.

Thanks - Ill try that.

the kits do not work with scratches.
I tried it with chipping and that's fine.
I removed some scratches on polished porcelain,
with diamond pads and they work,
with matt finishes I do not know how to solve.
