Porcelain tile - big scratch repair advice?

Can anyone advise on this please?

I have off-white matt porcelain floor tiles and one has a long scratch in it.

What is the best way to fill/remove/repair it so that its (as close as I can get) invisible? If any products could be recommended that would be appreciated.

Lastly is has clearly been tried in the past as around the scratch the matt finish has gone and it is now shiny......is there anything I can use to restore the matt finish?

Any help appreciated.

Don’t raise your hopes too much tho, especially if it’s a plain tile.

I have one Andy, it depends entirely on finish on tile, not a guaranteed repair. Plain tiles very very difficult to match. Heavily mottled or patterned are easier.

the kits do not work with scratches.
I tried it with chipping and that's fine.
I removed some scratches on polished porcelain,
with diamond pads and they work,
with matt finishes I do not know how to solve.
