The red writing in the top left corner, Mark Hmm, I agree with Jay, if you are really worried then it should be some milky writing through the middle somewhere...

Edit - just saw your last pic, that's better

same as jay, the only way it would work is to put it across the whole picture, i know it would spoil it though

So mark in middle is best by looks.

Looked back and just about saw it, the next one was better..bottom right hand side would be better IMO.

yes, he just trimmed it and yes the middle is best. Actually it looks ok in the middle, not so big as to interfere

I can place it in what ever spot on a pic i want, so that'll help.
I can change the font, colour, size etc too.
Open to ideas.

What about the copyright symbol..before or after your name.
